The optical frequency comb light source, the half-wave plate, the quarter-wave plate, the optical fiber circulator and the optical beam expander are connected in sequence, the optical fiber circulator, the single-mode optical fiber polarization controller, the optical fiber beam combiner, the photoelectric detector, the filter and the data acquisition and processing device are connected in sequence, and the carbon dioxide laser and the methane laser are both connected with the optical switch.
