By adjusting the air outlet speed of the air conditioner, the effect of compensating the air outlet volume is achieved, the problem of air outlet volume attenuation caused by position adjustment of the air deflector is counteracted, and therefore the problem of frequency reduction protection and even shutdown protection of the air conditioner caused by position adjustment of the air deflector by a user is avoided; and the indoor environment temperature adjusting effect of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
