Abstract

The present technology generally relates to methods and associated reagents for providing error-corrected nucleic acid sequences. In particular, several embodiments relate to adaptor molecules including hairpin shapes and methods of using such adapters in double stranded sequencing and other sequencing applications. In some embodiments, a physically linked nucleic acid complex comprising both a first strand and a second strand can be amplified and independently sequenced in the same clone cluster on a sequencing surface.
