Embodiment 1

[0032] Preparation of Pulsatilla Radix Basic Extract

[0033] 1) Mix 1 weight part of Pulsatilla pulsatillae with 1-100 weight parts of water or 50% (volume / volume) lower alcohol aqueous solution, cover the resulting mixture with gauze or filter paper and cover with a lid. The mixture was reacted at or below 60°C for about 30 minutes, after which the mixture was filtered. The filtrate is collected, and the remaining filter residue is mixed with 2-10 parts by weight of 20-80% (volume / volume) lower alcohol aqueous solution. The mixture was stirred for about 15 minutes and then filtered. The filtrates were combined and evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain a residue. 2-10 parts by weight of methanol or ethanol are added to the residue, and the mixture is left to stand for about 10 minutes. Insoluble matter was filtered off to obtain a solution. Evaporation of the solution afforded a light tan extract (PKW fraction).

[0034] The yield of the PKW fraction was 28-35% by ...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Preparation of Ginseng Extract (PKG)

[0038] 1) Mix 1 part by weight of ginseng and 5-100 parts by weight of water, extract at room temperature for about 2 hours, and then filter the mixture. The filtrate is collected, and the remaining filter residue is mixed with 20-80% by volume alcohol aqueous solution and then filtered. The filtrates were combined and evaporated to give an extract. This extract is known as PKG.

[0039] 2) The combined filtrate obtained in 1) of this general example was immediately freeze-dried to obtain a ginseng extract.

Embodiment 3

[0041] Preparation of licorice extract (PKly)

[0042] 1) Mix 1 part by weight of licorice powder and 2-500 parts by weight of water, extract at room temperature for about 2 hours, filter and dry to obtain licorice extract (PKly).

[0043] 2) Immediately freeze-dry the filtrate obtained from 1) to obtain a licorice extract (PKly).

Abstract

The present invention relates to an analgesic composition comprising extract of Pulsatillae Radix as active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to the analgesic composition which alleviates pain of cancer patient and has low side effects. The object of the present invention is to provide an analgesic composition comprising an extract of Pulsatillae Radix as active ingredient and one or more ingredient(s) selected from the group consisting extract of Ginseng Radix, extract of Glycyrrhizae, extract of Radix Pericarp of Akebia quinata and extract of Ulmi cortex as auxiliary ingredient(s).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an analgesic composition containing Pulsatilla pulsatilla extract as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to an analgesic composition capable of alleviating the pain of cancer patients with less side effects. [0002] More specifically, the present invention relates to an analgesic composition containing extract of Pulsatillae Radix (Pulsatillae Radix) as the main active ingredient, and if necessary, the composition also contains extracts selected from Ginseng Radix (Ginseng Radix), Glycyrrhizae Radix (Glycyrrhizae Radix) One or more extracts from the group consisting of Akebia quinata (Akebiaquinata) peel extract and Cortex Ulmi (Cortex Ulmi) peel extract are used as auxiliary components. Background technique [0003] Different cancer cells that grow in a cancer patient affect the patient differently. Growing cancer cells can cause hyperthermia, anorexia, weight loss, microbiological dise...
