experiment example 1
[0033] In this experimental example, a standard skin revitalizing moisturizing cream with the following formula was prepared to demonstrate that the Mg++ form of γ-polyglutamate and γ-polyglutamate hydrogel (made of Na+ form of γ-polyglutamate glutamate preparation) water retention effect. Propylene glycol was used as a control group for comparison, hyaluronic acid (HA) was used as a relative reference example, a small molecular weight Mg++ form of gamma-polyglutamate (called LM) with 200,000 to 400,000 daltons (called LM), with 1.15x106 Gamma-polyglutamate in the form of high molecular weight Mg++ to 1.35x106 daltons (called HM), and γ-polyglutamate with a molecular weight of 15x106 to 100x106 daltons or higher (cross-linked with polyglycerol polyglycidyl ether) - Polyglutamate hydrogel (prepared from γ-polyglutamate in Na+ form) as long-lasting moisturizer. The types and ratios of ingredients contained in exemplary cream formulations are listed in Table 2.

experiment example 2
[0038] The water retention effect on the skin was evaluated for the cosmetic product of Experimental Example 1. Take 0.2 grams of samples from each of the five products and spray evenly on an area of about 25 cm2 on the skin surface of the inner side of the volunteer's arm. 10 volunteers participated in this experiment. The water retention of the skin surface was measured using a probe of a skin analyzer SHP88 manufactured by Courage+Khazaka Electronic Gmbh, Germany at 23° C. in an environment of a relative humidity of 60%. The water retention effect is expressed by the increase ratio (%) of electrical conductivity, as shown in Table 3. The results showed that products containing γ-polyglutamate in Mg++ form and γ-polyglutamate hydrogel (prepared from γ-polyglutamate in Na+ form) had better and longer-lasting water retention properties.

experiment example 3
[0042]The cosmetic product of Experimental Example 1 was also evaluated for its effect on skin elasticity improvement. Take 0.25 grams of samples from each of the five products and evenly spray them on an area of about 25 cm2 on the skin surface of the inner side of the volunteer's arm, once a day for one month. 10 volunteers participated in this experiment. The apparent skin elasticity was measured with a probe of Cutometer SEM 575 (manufactured by Courage+Khaazaka Electronic Gmbh, Germany) at 23°C in an environment with a relative humidity (RH) of 60%, once a week and expressed as the value of the apparent elasticity index R2. The higher the R2 value of the appearance elasticity index, the better the skin elasticity. The results are shown in Table 4. The results showed that γ-polyglutamate (HM) in the form of Mg++, γ-polyglutamate in the form of Mg++ (LM) and γ-polyglutamate hydrogels (composed of γ-polyglutamate in the form of Na+ Amino acid salt preparation) 4% 1CL co...
