Problems solved by technology

Especially when the nitrogen compound concentration of the treated water at the end of the previous treatment and the nitrogen compound concentration of the next treatment are significantly increased, the state of the load relative to the bacteria fluctuates greatly, which makes the bacteria reach an overloaded state, thereby leading to a decrease in processing efficiency

Embodiment Construction

[0046] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. figure 1 It is an explanatory diagram showing the outline of a water treatment device 1 for treating water to be treated containing fluorine components and nitrogen compounds according to the present invention. The water treatment device 1 of the present embodiment treats, for example, wastewater containing fluorine components used in etching processes in semiconductor factories as water to be treated. More specifically, a large amount of wastewater containing fluorine components is discharged from the process of etching semiconductors, glass, metals, and the like. In these etching steps, hydrofluoric acid is used in order to improve the corrosivity during etching. Here, hydrofluoric acid refers to so-called buffered hydrofluoric acid, for example: concentrated hydrofluoric acid containing about 49% hydrogen fluoride (HF), or ammonium fluoride (NH 4 HF 2 , NH 4 F) Hy...

Abstract

An object is to provide a water treatment device which can treat for-treatment water containing fluorine components into a state adaptable to the environment and which can treat nitrogen compounds without influencing a concentration of the for-treatment water containing the nitrogen compounds. The water treatment device includes: a fluorine content removing unit to separate a substance to be removed from the for-treatment water in which the substance to be removed including a fluorine content is mixed; an electrochemical treatment unit including at least a pair of electrodes submerged at least partially in the for-treatment water, from which the substance to be removed has been separated, to perform a treatment by an electrochemical technique; and a biological treatment unit which biologically treats the water treated by the electrochemical technique.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating water to be treated containing fluorine components or water to be treated such as nitrogen-containing compounds discharged from, for example, a semiconductor factory. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, it has been known that nitrogen compounds exist as one of the causes of eutrophication in rivers and lakes. In addition, the nitrogen compounds are mostly present in the domestic sewage of ordinary households and medium-sized wastewater such as industrial wastewater, and are difficult to purify and treat, and effective countermeasures cannot be taken at present. [0003] Generally, in the treatment of nitrogen compounds, aerobic anaerobic biological treatment is carried out, and it is carried out through the following two processes, namely, converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrite nitrogen, and then converting nitrite nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen Nitrification process; and denitrifi...
