The emitter is a device that emits energy in the infrared spectrum that would normally pass through the optics of the system when clean. The emitter may be placed in such a way, in the system, that the energy it emits usually is transmitted through the optics but can be reflected off the optical surface and back to the detector. As the contamination level of the optical surface changes, the reflectivity of the optical surface changes and the change in the amount of energy reflected back to the detector may be processed and acted upon.

The invention discloses silicone rubber for a dirty environment, a preparation method, a product and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) plastifying a part of methyl vinyl silicone rubber raw rubber to obtain plastified raw rubber; (2) carrying out premixing and heat treatment on a part of raw methyl vinyl silicone rubber, a part of or all the internal lubricant, a part of the reinforcing filler and a part of the structured control agent to form a pre-compounded rubber master batch in which the lubricant is uniformly dispersed; (3) sequentially adding the plasticated raw rubber, the pre-compounded rubber master batch, the residual reinforcing filler, the antibacterial agent, the heat stabilizer and / or the antioxidant, the vulcanization inhibitor and the cross-linking agent, and fully mixing to form a uniform rubber material so as to prepare a uniformly mixed rubber material; (4) carrying out compression molding on the uniformly mixed rubber material, and then carrying out first-stage vulcanization reaction; and (5) carrying out second-stage vulcanization reaction on the product subjected to the first-stage vulcanization. The prepared silicone rubber can be used for preparing products such as O-shaped rings, sealing strips, shower head hoses or kitchen utensil handles.
