The invention discloses a multilevel comprehensive evaluation model for triangular
fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The multilevel comprehensive evaluation model comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a
risk evaluation index system of a hierarchical structure; S2, determining a factor set and a weight set; S3, determining the index weight of each layer by using a triangular
fuzzy analytic hierarchy process; and S4, establishing a bottommost index membership degree by using an
expert consultation method, calculating each index membership degree of an upper layer by using a fuzzy operator, and sequentially and upwards transmitting until a final
evaluation result of the evaluation target is obtained. The weight of each factor is determined by adopting the triangular
fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a multilevel comprehensive evaluation model based on the triangular fuzzy
analytic hierarchy process is developed, a secondary
index system is replaced by a three-stage
index system, secondary comprehensive evaluation is changed into three-stage comprehensive evaluation, meanwhile, fuzziness of expert assignment is fully considered. And the index weight of each layer is determined by applying the triangular
fuzzy number theorem, and the ship operation is subjected to
safety risk assessment by the established three-level comprehensive evaluation model of the triangular fuzzy
analytic hierarchy process.
