The invention discloses a bidirectional 
referral system based on basic-level first-aid screening. A basic-level first-aid screening 
workstation is built on a basic-level mechanism to screen / 
triage high-risk 
chronic disease patients / 
critically ill patients; when a high-risk 
chronic disease patient / 
critically ill patient is found, the 
system initiates a rapid channel 
referral request, the bidirectional 
referral service platform forwards the rapid channel referral request to a pre-stored default referral 
receiver, and a request result fed back by the default 
receiver is obtained; if the request result shows that the referral is accepted, the 
system notifies the basic-level first-aid screening 
workstation that the request is successful; and on the other hand, the system is combined with 
the Internet of Things to connect a referral requester, a referral object, a referral 
receiver and a reception patient, so that a message can reach the corresponding object in time and interaction is achieved. Correspondingly, the invention further provides a corresponding basic-level first-aid screening 
workstation and a bidirectional referral service platform.
