Vibration plate and musical instrument

A vibration plate for a musical instrument includes: a plate-shaped vibration plate main body that has a deformation anisotropy property; a first elongated reinforcing member disposed on a first face of the vibration plate main body, and that projects outwardly from the first face and extends along the first face in a direction that prevents the vibration plate main body from deforming; and a second elongated reinforcing member disposed on a second face of the vibration plate main body, and that projects outwardly from the second face and extends along the second face in the direction that prevents the vibration plate main body from deforming. As viewed from a thickness direction of the vibration plate main body, at least part of the first elongated reinforcing member overlaps with at least part of the second elongated reinforcing member.

Piano system with real-time variable damping function

The invention discloses a piano system with a real-time variable damping function in the technical field of piano parts, and aims to solve the problems that an electronic piano is single in touch feeling and a mechanical piano is fixed in damping. The system comprises a main control module, a sensing detection module, a power amplifier driving module and a mechanical structure module, all the modules are integrally installed in a shell, the mechanical structure module comprises a key and a permanent magnet fixed to the key, the magnetic pole direction of the permanent magnet is perpendicular to the motion direction of the key, the sensing detection module is connected with the key, and the power amplifier driving module is connected with the key. And the power amplifier driving module is used for detecting displacement information of the key, is provided with an electromagnetic coil which is arranged corresponding to the permanent magnet and is overlapped with the permanent magnet in axis, and can drive the mechanical structure module. Through interaction of dynamic magnetic fields of the electromagnetic coil and the permanent magnet, the damping force can be adjusted in real time according to the motion state of the keys, the dynamic touch change of a traditional mechanical piano from soft touch to heavy compaction is accurately simulated, and the defects that an existing electronic piano is single in touch and the damping of the mechanical piano is fixed are overcome.

piano with drop action

ActiveJP7857837B2Pianos
To provide a piano with a drop action that can ensure good action operation, reduce length of keys, and compact depth of the piano.SOLUTION: A piano 1 with a drop action comprises: a first key 2A that extends in the front-back direction, is rotatably supported at the rear end, and is operated by the player; a second key 2B that is located below the first key 2A, rotatably supported in the center, and is in contact with the first key 2A at the front end; an action 3 that is located behind and below the first key 2A and the second key 2B, and has a wippen 21 for driving a hammer 4 by upward rotation to strike a string; and a connecting material (wire 13) that is connected to the rear end of the second key 2B and the wippen 21, and lifts and causes the wippen 21 to rotate upward, in accordance with the rear end of the second key 2B rotating upward corresponding to pressing the first key 2A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Hybrid acoustic piano

ActiveUS12620372B2PianosPiano
A hybrid acoustic piano, specifically a piano the wires whereof are struck, of the type including a grouped wires, where of each group of three or of four wires associated with a key, one of these is tuned at a pitch different from the other two or three, which are tuned identically; and where the mechanism is such that when the pedal is in a resting state, that is, without depressing the pedal, on pressing the keys, the hammers strike at least two wires of the three or of the four wires of each group with the same tuning, and when the pedal is depressed, the mechanism displaces the hammers to the right and, on pressing the keys, three wires are struck, one of which is the wire tuned at a different pitch from the others.

Damper mechanism for grand piano

ActiveJP2026036016APianos
To solve the problem that it is difficult to effectively transmit delicate vertical movement of a keyboard caused by touch of a player since lead which is easily processed is embedded in a tip part of a conventional keyboard in order to reduce keying force of the keyboard, and the lead functions at the time of depression of the keyboard but does not function at the time of restoration from the depressed state due to its weight.SOLUTION: The grand piano includes a keyboard made of a uniform material and swingably supported by a keyboard reed, a damper lever to be pushed up by a rise of a rear end of the keyboard caused by key depression, and a damper connected to the damper lever and configured to move away from and come into contact with a string in response to key depression and key rest. A compression coil spring is provided between the upper surface on the back side of the damper lever and the lower surface of the back frame on which the damper lever is supported. Further, a compression coil spring is provided between the lower side of the rear end part of the keyboard and the key frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
