The invention discloses a purple sand waste gelcasting method of a
silica gel mold with an
oxide modified full-information surface. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding
oxide powder into
silica gel, uniformly carrying out stirring to prepare an
oxide modified
silica gel, and adjusting
viscosity of the oxide modified silica gel by using a silica gel
diluent; addinga curing agent into the oxide modified silica gel, uniformly carrying out stirring to obtain a mixture, then uniformly
coating the surface of a silica gel mold with the mixture; after the
coating is cured, adding an initiator and a catalyst into purple sand waste gelcasting
slurry, uniformly carrying out stirring to obtain a mixture, then injecting the mixture into the silica gel mold; carrying out curing at a certain temperature, then carrying out demolding,
drying and fettling, and carrying out firing. According to the invention, through the addition of oxide
powder, the electrochemical characteristic (or
surface chemical potential characteristic) of the surface of the silica gel is changed, so that C=C double bonds in organic
monomer acrylamide molecules in the gelcasting
slurry are smoothly opened under the action of the initiator
ammonium persulfate, and a
polymerization reaction is generated; through the addition of the surface of the oxide modified silica gel, the curing strength of the cured surface of the blank body is completely equivalent to the curing strength of the surface of a
metal mold blank body, so that the surface information of the blank body is complete.
