processing and regression
processing on the
spectral data to obtain a batch quality vector of the to-be-distributed
coal flow; determining a batch quality code of the batch quality vector according to the
hearth tolerance envelope; determining a reference
time frame, and constructing a
time sequence topological graph based on the reference
time frame; determining a target cross-layer edge set pointing to a
hearth node in the
time sequence topological graph, determining a root node state of the search
tree based on the target cross-layer edge set, and performing mixed integer tree search in combination with a priority bit of batch quality coding to obtain a candidate scheme set; performing index evaluation and risk priority
ranking on candidate schemes in the candidate scheme set to obtain an ordered feasible solution
list; and analyzing the first feasible scheme in the ordered feasible solution
list into an equipment readable instruction, and carrying out coal
flow scheduling according to the equipment readable instruction. According to the invention, a
coal blending scheme capable of meeting various requirements can be provided.
