The application belongs to the technical field of
phosphogypsum resource utilization, and discloses a method for synthesizing water
sodium ettringite by using
phosphogypsum under low temperature, rapid and normal pressure
hydrothermal reaction, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing water with
phosphoric acid-
sulfonic acid double-group modified polycarboxylic
superplasticizer and small-molecule polycarboxylic salt
crystal modifier, and then stirring uniformly to obtain a reaction bottom liquid; wherein the
phosphoric acid-
sulfonic acid double-group modified polycarboxylic
superplasticizer is prepared by free radical copolymerization of unsaturated
carboxylic acid monomer,
ethylene glycol monovinyl
polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer,
phosphoric acid group-containing
monomer and
sulfonic acid group-containing
monomer under
ultraviolet irradiation; 2) preheating the reaction bottom liquid, adding
sodium salt and
phosphogypsum, and then performing normal pressure hydrothermal
crystal transformation at 70-80 DEG C for 15-30 min to obtain water
sodium ettringite. The application can realize ultrafast hydrothermal conversion within 30 min under the mild conditions of low temperature (70-80 DEG C) and normal pressure, and cultivate short columnar water sodium
ettringite which is highly dispersed, small in particle size and uniform.
