The device comprises a rotational flow box, a filter screen, a water level controller, a filter screen scourer, a sediment deposition box, a pipeline and a valve, wherein the rotational flow box is of a box-shaped structure; the filter screen is fixedly mounted at the top end of the rotational flow box and is used for filtering sewage supernate of the rotational flow box; the water level controller comprises a water control box, an insertion pipe and a sensor, the water control box is of an inward-concave cylindrical box type structure and is installed on the upper portion of the rotational flow box in a sealed mode, a cavity of the water control box is isolated from a cavity of the rotational flow box through a filter screen, and the insertion pipe is installed at the bottom of the water control box and moves underwater relative to the water control box to control the water level of the water pool; the sensor is installed on the inner wall of the water control box, and when the filter screen is blocked by pollutants, the filter screen scourer is started to clean the filter screen; and the sediment deposition box is an inverted conical box body and is used for depositing precipitates in the sewage. According to the rotational-flow solid-liquid separation and water level control device capable of automatically cleaning the filter screen and used for the fishpond, residual feeds in the fishpond and excrement cleaning and water level control of the fishpond can be achieved.
