acne quantitative information, the method comprising: based on
optical imaging technology, acquiring coordinate information of each area
acne and corresponding physical characteristic information, the physical characteristic information at least including
fluorescence intensity
signal and
light intensity signal; acquiring physiological characteristic information of each area
acne according to the physical characteristic information of the area acne, the physiological characteristic information including bacterial content and blood
oxygen saturation; wherein the bacterial content of acne is acquired based on the
fluorescence intensity
signal, and the blood
oxygen saturation of acne is acquired based on the
light intensity signal; fitting calculation is carried out based on the physiological characteristic information of each area acne, and a quantitative detection result for representing the
lesion degree of acne is obtained. In this application, through the fitting operation of the physical characteristic information and the physiological characteristic information, the fitting result is calculated, the fitting result is used for quantitative detection of acne, so as to classify and grade, so as to be able to objectively detect acne and improve the detection accuracy of acne.
