The invention discloses a method used for detecting assimilation temperature based on an iron ore powder temperature-electric signal curve, and belongs to the detection field of iron ore powder sintering characteristics. According to the method, an iron ore powder sample is placed on a calcium oxide tablet of a detection device, and is arranged between a first electrode and a second electrode in series connection; in temperature increasing process, a detection unit of the detection device is used for detecting change situations of the electric signals of the iron ore powder sample with the time, and the change situations of the temperature with the time, obtaining the corresponding relationship of the electric signals with the temperature based on time medium, and drawing the temperature-electric signal curve of the iron ore powder sample; the temperature value of a corresponding coordinate axis is determined based on the electric signals and the electric signal abrupt change in the temperature curve, and the iron ore powder assimilation temperature is obtained via detection. According to the method, deformation such as wetting angle is adopted for determination of the iron ore powder assimilation temperature, so that determination accuracy of iron ore powder assimilation temperature is increased, and detection efficiency is increased.
