To find the molecular mark that linked more closely with unknown resistance gene of powdery mildew, we use Brock and Jing411 as well as near isogenic lines combined Brock and Jing411 as material to filter the mark by 225 AFLP primer combination. Among them, the primer combination P7 / M14 generates 227bp specific fragment, which has strong linkage with resistance gene, and named as P7 / M14227. The genetic distance between this mark and resistance gene is 1.9cM. Then cloning and sequencing P7 / M14227 to get the real length is 227bp. It can be used as new molecular mark of resistance genes to powdery mildew in Brock. This mark is more likely to be used in breeding.
