It is composed by including a body wherein an internal space is partitioned into an air supply space communicated with the outside air inlet and an exhaust space communicated with the inside air outlet, a suction opening and a discharge opening are formed in the air supply space, and an inside air inlet is formed in the exhaust space, a filter arranged in the air supply space so as to purify air flowing into the air supply space through the suction opening, a blow fan attached to the air supply space so as to send air flowing into an interior of the air supply space through the outside air inlet and the suction opening to a discharge opening side, an exhaust damper opening and closing a flow of air hugging the exhaust space, and an air supply damper opening and closing the outside air inlet.
