This requires overcoming the adhesiveness of the cement relative to the part that is intended to move. Use a release agent on the part for this so the cement cannot stick there. The release agent is a physical barrier between the cement and the part. The release agent can be of various types providing adhesion of the release agent to the component, dragging in conventional well operations by using conventional equipment is not sufficient to prevent this overcoming.
