Problems solved by technology

Usually, during operation, in order to save energy, the waste heat generated by the ship’s propulsion system and equipment can be used to increase the temperature of the ballast water to kill alien species, but this method has a long processing time and is difficult to achieve when the ship’s voyage is too short processing requirements, and a longer period of heating will have an adverse effect on the safety of the hull
Ultraviolet radiation can cause photochemical reactions in the nucleic acid of biological cells, causing the DNA to fail to replicate normally, and then kill f

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The specific embodiments and examples of the present invention are described in detail below.

[0016] The onboard microwave treatment device for ballast water is directly embedded in the existing ballast water loading system pipeline on the ship, and the ballast water treatment device is connected to the two ends of the existing ballast water loading system pipeline through the interface 6. Connected, the microwave enters the reaction chamber 7 through the microwave inlet 1. When the ship is loaded with ballast water, the ballast water enters the reaction chamber 7 through the ballast water inlet and outlet pipeline 5, and is divided into the ballast water treatment in the microwave field. In the pipeline 3, the microwave-treated ballast water finally enters the ballast tank through the outlet pipeline 5, and quickly kills the phytoplankton, zooplankton, bacteria and spores in the ballast water. The device for microwave treatment of ballast water includes microwave inlet 1...

Abstract

The present invention relates to the marine technology field and relates to a method for processing ballast water by microwave on boat. The method adopts the microwave processing to avoid the denizen inbreaking problem caused by the displacement of the ballast water. In the present invention, the device for processing ballast water by microwave is directly embedded into the existing pipeline of ballast water loading system on boat, and the device for processing ballast water is connected with two ends of the existing pipeline of ballast water loading system by interfaces; when the boad is loaded with ballast water, the ballast water is guided into the reaction chamber through the entrance pipeline, and the divided flow of the ballast water is guided into the ballast water processing pipeline positioned in the microwave field; the ballast water after microwave processing is finally guided into the ballast compartment through the outlet pipeline, wherein the phytoplankton, zooplankton, bacteria and spore obtained in the ballast water is killed rapidly. The method for processing ballast water of the present invention is simple and practical, and can be widely popularized.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of marine science and technology, and particularly relates to a method for treating ballast water with microwave on a ship. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's shipping industry, the problem of ship's ballast water also poses a certain degree of threat to the environment and economic development of my country's coastal waters, which urgently needs to be highly valued by the whole society. According to statistics, there are approximately 12 billion tons of ballast water carried by ships around the world each year. There are as many as 7,000 species of organisms that exist in ships’ ballast water and travel the world on board each day. Many phytoplankton, zooplankton, spores and bacteria have been exposed for several months. The voyage still survives in ballast water and its sediments. When the ship arrives at the port for loading, these organisms are discharged into the waters of the por...
