The present invention provides a transmission method of destination user part unusable (DUPU) message which includes: first signaling node of generating user part unusable returns DUPU message back to second signaling node, and carries the origin signaling code of DUPU message; after receiving DUPU message, second signaling node transmits the received DUPU message according to carrying origin signaling code of the DUPU message.
