Problems solved by technology

Each insertion process has to be performed manually, while the tangential insertion of each individual socket not only requires precision, but also occupies space in the radial plane, which is often restricted when the motor is mounted in a poorly positioned position
[0005] The implementation using the insulation-displacement termination technology from D2 also has disadvantages

Embodiment Construction

[0018] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a connection device 2 according to the invention as a separate component. The connecting device 2 comprises a circuit board 4 into which conductor strips 6 are inserted and sealed by a cover panel 8 . A plug element 10 associated with the connection device 2 is illustrated in FIG. 5 . The circuit board 4 has a circular receiving opening 12a for the end insulating rods of the stator and thus extends in a radial plane to the stator axis. The printed circuit board 4 is provided with a plurality of spacer pins 15 on its side facing the stator for position fixing and support purposes. On the side facing away from the stator, a conductor bar guide 14 bounded by an edge bar 16 is formed. At the base of the conductor bar guide groove 14, a plurality of positioning pins 17 protruding in the axial direction are integrally formed. The conductor bar guide grooves 14 extend substantially circumferentially in a higher inner polygonal train 18a ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a connecting device (2) for an electric motor, particularly an external rotor motor, to connect ends of a stator winding to a connecting lead (65). Said connecting device (2) is composed of a wiring plate (4) which is arranged on a plane extending in a radial direction relative to the stator axis and within a circumferential circle defined by a stator diameter, and which is provided with terminal areas for contacting the connecting lead (65) as well as shaped strip conductor guides (14) and strip conductors (6) with terminal lugs (38) for contacting the stator winding. A plug element (10) is provided which can be pre-assembled on the connecting lead (65) and comprises insulation displacement contacts (68) that contact the connecting lead (65). The plug element (10) can be mounted on the wiring plate (4) parallel to the stator axis such that the insulation displacement contacts (68) contact the terminal areas of the strip conductors (6) embodied as contacting sections (32a, 32b).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a connection device for an electric motor, in particular a connection device for an external rotor motor, for connecting a winding end of a stator to a connection line, comprising: a circuit board arranged opposite On a plane radially aligned with the axis of the stator and within the circumference defined by the diameter of the stator, a plurality of conductor bar guide slots are formed and have connectors for contacting the stator windings and for contacting the connecting wires multiple conductor strips in the connection area. Background technique [0002] A connecting device of this type known from document EP0603478B1 (D1) is a circuit board for connecting the wire ends of a stator winding. The board consists of a base part aligned at right angles to the axis of the stator and having a receiving opening surrounding one of the end insulating rods of the stator and a number of contact chambers called recesses for receiving ...
