Problems solved by technology

These separation and purification methods all require a large amount of steam to evaporate and concentrate the water in the low-concentration hydrazine hydrate to a certain concentration, and then use dehydrating substances to further purify the hydrazine hydrate, resulting in high energy consumption (related patents include US3077388)

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The experiment was carried out under normal pressure, and the operation method was basically the same as that of the batch rectification device. First, add the crude hydrazine hydrate liquid from the feed port to the self-priming stirred bubbling reactor, turn on the power to make the stirrer start to rotate at a certain speed, and start to add acetone dropwise when the temperature of the oil bath rises to the set value. The acetone is directly vaporized and the hydrazine in the solution is stripped, and the acetonazine is evaporated and then enters the condenser after heat preservation, and the condensed liquid is directly collected, and then the hydrolysis device is used for hydrolysis reaction.

[0019] Low concentration hydrazine solution reaction embodiment 1:

[0020] Hydrazine hydrate crude liquid 200ml (hydrazine hydrate content is 51.2g / l, the same below), acetone 60ml (the feed molar ratio of acetone and hydrazine is 3.6) reaction temperature 100 ℃.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining pure hydrazine hydrate by isolating and purifying from solution containing hydrazine. The preparation method is that gas-phase acetone and the hydrazine which is contained in oxidation liquid are directly reacted and stripped under the boiling condition; or liquid-phase acetone and the solution are reacted first and then gas stripping is carried out, after the solution is hydrolyzed, the pure hydrazine hydrate is obtained; and the obtained product is sent into a general hydrolyzing tower, in which hydrolysis is carried out to produce the pure hydrazine hydrate solution, and acetone produced by the hydrolysis is sent back to a system for recycling, wherein, the mole ratio of the acetone and the hydrazine is 2 to 3.6 and the reaction temperature is 100 DEG C to 130 DEG C. By adopting the invention, the hydrazine produced by urea-chlorine method can be stripped by acetone azine (CH3)2C=N-N=C-(CH3)2, which causes the recycling of the inorganic materials such as sodium carbonate, sodium chloride, and the like, in the solution to be possible, thereby thoroughly solving the problem of waste water condensation of the ADC processing techniquein the urea-chlorine method.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical separation, and in particular relates to a method for purifying and separating inorganic compounds from other inorganic salt solutions, in particular to a method for separating hydrazine from a solution containing hydrazine with acetone and its application. Background technique: [0002] In chemical production, liquid-solid phase separation is often used, followed by washing and drying to obtain a similar production process to solid-phase products. The mother liquor washing water produced by solid-liquid separation and washing forms the wastewater discharge of chemical production. This requires that before the formation of solid-phase products, the substances involved in the reaction should be as pure as possible to facilitate the treatment of waste liquid. [0003] As we all know, the mainstream process for the domestic production of ADC is the urea chlorine process, which uses urea as a raw material to ...
