The detected actual positions of the burning through points are compared with the ideal positions of the burning through points to obtain a different value; and then the different value is compared with a restriction value; when the different value is large than the restriction value, firstly, the thickness of a batch layer is regulated, and then the product speed is regulated; if the different value is less than the restriction value, firstly, the product speed is regulated, and then the thickness of the batch layer is regulated; the regulating process is finished till the measured material treatment capacity is equal to the rating material treatment capacity so that the actual positions of the burning through points are close to the ideal positions of the burning through points. The invention continuously regulates the product speed and the thickness of the batch layer by analyzing different situations, and causes that each link of the sintering process does not undulate and even shakes because of regulating the positions of the burning through points while the invention regulates the positions of the burning through points of the updraft sintering machine, thus stabilizing the link of the technique.
