Abstract

The invention belongs to the development field of novel analytical instruments, which relates to works with respect to designing, constructing and debugging of a coupled instrument of capillary electrophoresis separation and chemiluminescence method detection. The capillary electrophoresis-chemiluminescence detecting device developed by the invention mainly has the following two aspects of technical essentials: (1) a self-processed polytetrafluoroethylene four-way connector is used for fixing the capillary, and the connector is in a post-column sleeve type; (2) a post-column chemiluminescence reagent is pushed into the connector by using a micro-injection pump. The capillary electrophoresis-chemiluminescence detecting device has convenient operation and good reproducibility and is debugged by a tris-(2, 2'-bipyridine) ruthenium (II) [Ru (bipy)3<2+>]-H2C2O4-Ce (IV) chemiluminescence system. Under the experiment condition of preliminary optimization, capillary electrophoresis separation and chemiluminescence detection of H2C2O4 are realized. The result shows that the detecting device developed by the invention can basically meet the requirements of scientific research.
