The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device and a system for controlling RAID. The method for controlling RAID comprises the following steps: when an off-line member disc is detected in RAID actually, preserving a command which is issued by the off-line member disc by a RAID controller instead of directly reforming an off-line state of the member disc to the RAID controller; setting a safe time limit for the off-line member disc; if the off-line member disc is online in the safe time limit, returning the issued command of the off-line member disc by the stored RAID controllerto the member disc to ensure that the member disc can continuously operate in a normal state, thereby avoiding the condition that the off-line state of the member disc is directly reported to the RAID controller to cause the RAID to enter a degrading mode in the prior art. The method for controlling RAID is used for shielding instant off-line and online events of the member disc in the safe time limit and avoiding RAID literacy reduction caused by the off-line and online events of the member disc in the safe time limit.
