Electrochomeric devices prepared by the method of the invention have the capability to change the transmittance of visible light and have the characteristics of large modulation range, short reaction time, energy conservation and environment friendliness. The electrochomeric layer of the invention is a composite material integrating the advantages of organic and inorganic materials. Therefore, the electrochomeric layer has the advantages of large modulation range, short reaction time and low response voltage, that is, low energy consumption.
