Provided is a parameter calibration method for cameras of a vehicle-mounted all-round view system. When internal parameters and external parameters of the cameras of the vehicle-mounted all-round view system are calibrated, a set of three-dimensional calibration markers are adopted and comprise a plurality of characteristic points which can be recognized easily from images and are provided with given three-dimensional coordinates; when a vehicle to be calibrated is parked in a calibration area, automatic image data collection is carried out through manual work or through external trigger signals, characteristic point extraction is carried out on the collected images, each camera is calibrated corresponding to the three-dimensional coordinate of each characteristic point, and errors of locating are lowered through the processes such as parameter optimization. According to the parameter calibration method for the cameras of the vehicle-mounted all-round view system, through the three-dimensional calibration markers, all areas of the cameras can be covered as much as possible, and the influence of camera distortion on the measuring errors in the calibration process is small; compared with a previous plane two-dimensional calibration board, a three-dimensional calibration board is accurate in selected characteristic point position, clear in imaging and low in error value, and image stitching precision is greatly improved.

The backlight brightness compensation method includes: receiving, and determining original gray scales of pixels according to an input image; determining backlight brightness according to the input image; linearly compensating the original gray scales according to a compensation factor fcom so as to obtain compensated gray scale of each pixel; judging whether the compensated gray scale of each pixel is larger than the maximum gray scale of the display device or not; if not, determining that the display gray scale of the pixel is the compensated gray scale; if yes, judging whether pixel brightness corresponding to the original gray scale of the pixel is smaller than the backlight brightness or not; if smaller, determining that the display gray scale of the pixel is the compensated gray scale; if not smaller, determining that the display gray scale of the pixel is the gray scale obtained by linearly compensating the original gray scale according to the compensation factor fcom. The backlight brightness compensation method and the display device have the advantages that image displaying effect is good, resolution is high, the structure is simple and production cost is low.

In this circuit, constant-envelope signal generating section (101) generates a plurality of constant-envelope signals from an input signal. Pilot signal generating section (102) generates a plurality of pilot signals associated with the generated plurality of constant envelope signals, the plurality of pilot signals having predetermined amplitudes, predetermined phases and predetermined frequencies, respectively, the phases and frequencies being different from each other. First addition section (103) and second addition section (104) add the plurality of pilot signals to the generated plurality of constant-envelope signals. First amplifier (111) and second amplifier (112) amplify the plurality of constant-envelope signals to which the plurality of pilot signals are added. Vector adjustment section (105) corrects the amplitude or phase of one of the generated plurality of constant-envelope signals using a signal component included in the amplified plurality of constant-envelope signals and corresponding to the plurality of pilot signals.

Welding Forged Steel Single Piece Piston and Its Manufacturing Methods

The present invention has provided a welding forged steel single piece piston and its manufacturing methods. A semi-finished head and a semi-finished skirt are forged respectively; the semi-finished head and semi-finished skirt are heat-treated respectively; rough machining is carried out respectively to the semi-finished head and the semi-finished skirt, and a face of weld between the two adjacent ring grooves is higher than the one under the combustion chamber; the head and the skirt are welded together through friction welding; an annular groove, a combustion chamber, a ring groove, a pinhole, an outer annulus and oil inlet/outlet holes are manufactured respectively; and the surface of the piston is phosphorized and graphitized. Compared with one-piece forged piston, it has better processing technology, because the head and skirt are forged respectively and then welded together. Over-all structural rigidity of the piston has been increased, and distortion of the ring groove in high temperature is slight because the cooling oil recess is sealed through welding. As the annular groove is located on the upper part of skirt, the weight of body of the piston is lowered and this kind of structure can accelerate engine oil returning on, decrease the clearance between the piston and the cylinder and reduce the engine oil consumption.
