One end of a galvanized steel pipe of a dismantling tool is connected with a cone through threads and the other end is fixed on a rotating dish at the upper part of the dismantling tool, and the upper part and the lower part of the dismantling tool are providedwith opposed penetrating eyeholes for positioning pins to penetrate through. The dismantling method comprises the following steps: fixing the rotating disk at a proper-height position at the upper part of the galvanized steel pipe through the positioning pin at the upper part, regulating the positioning pin at the lower part to be at a proper-height position above hole depth; placing the dismantling tool into the foundation bolt preformed hole, dismantling steel bars on one section of corrugated tube in advance at the mouth of the corrugated tube by using a wire cutter, winding the steel barson the exposed end of the positioning pin at the lower part; rotating the rotating disk, sequentially winding the corrugated tube on the galvanized steel pipe until the corrugated tube is completely wound; unfastening the steel bars of the corrugated tube on the positioning pin at the lower part, pressing by force, and dismantling the steel bars of the corrugated tube on the galvanized steel pipe.The invention manually rotates the corrugated tube to peel off layer by layer from top to bottom through the dismantling tool, is simple and practical, saves large manpower and material resources, has high dismantling efficiency of the corrugated tube, and ensures the grouting construction quality of the preformed hole.
