The invention discloses an anti-clogging design method for an emitter used for eliminating the suspended particle aggregation position in a runner, which comprises the following steps: constructing ageometrical structure model of the internal runner of the drip irrigation emitter, and determining the boundary conditions of an inlet and an outlet of the runner; adopting a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solid-liquid two-phase flow model to carry out the numerical simulation on the runner model according to the boundary conditions; extracting the cross section with the percentage of the content of suspended particles in the runner, and modifying the runner model according to the minimum concentration curve of the suspended particles; and repeating the steps, and filtering out the runnershape with the maximum concentration of the suspended particles which is nearest to the concentration of the suspended particles at the inlet. The anti-clogging design method firstly takes into full consideration of the hydraulic performance, the anti-clogging performance and the runner processing of the drip irrigation emitter and can form the better runner structural form.
