A concentration spectrum of indocyanine green (ICG) pigment used as indicator is separated from a blood oxygen absorbing spectrum, inference of low blood oxygen and blood oxygen fluctuation to pigment concentration measurement is suppressed, a diluted concentration curve of the ICG pigment injected via a vein is accurately measured, the purpose of non-invasively and continuously measuring cardiovascular and hepatic haemodynamics parameters such as pigment blood plasma disappearance rate K, 15-minute detaining rate R15 and the like is achieved, surgery risks can be accurately predicted by means of detecting hepatic functional reserve, a proper therapy mode is selected, and operative mortality and postoperative complications can be effectively reduced.
