The content of residual vanadium is controlled at 0.030-0.050% and reduced by 0.004%, the average content of residual vanadium reaches 0.039%, the vanadium oxidation rate reaches 81-92% with the average value of 85% which is improved by 2% compared with the background art, and the recovery rate of vanadium is correspondingly improved, thus further improving the key technical indexes in vanadium extraction.
