Problems solved by technology

Like this, when the tendency force becomes stronger, the control stability of the fuzzy correction decreases, and in the worst case, vibration may even occur
[0028] Also, the inventors of the present application have found the problem that when the image movement signal is fed back to the blur correction, due to the multiplication of the feedback and the center bias, the control stability of the blur correction is significantly lost and becomes very difficult. prone to vibration
[0029] In addition to this, the inventors of the present application have also found such a problem that when the image movement signal is fed back to the blur correction, the blur correction mechanism has unnecessary oscillation when the blur correction is stopped

[0119] [Explanation of the structure of the first embodiment]

[0120] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram showing the camera system 190 (including the photographing lens 190a) according to the first embodiment. Also, the actual camera system 190 corrects image blur for both horizontal and vertical axis directions. However, to keep the explanation simple and clear, the figure 1 The blur correction mechanism for only one axis is described in .

[0121] next figure 1 The structure of each part shown is explained.

[0122] The angular velocity sensor 10 detects the vibration of the camera system 190 as an angular velocity by Coriolis force or the like. The amplification section 20 amplifies the output of the angular velocity sensor 10 . In addition, in order to reduce the high-frequency noise output by the sensor, a low-pass filter can be added. The A / D converting section 30 converts the output of the amplifying section 20 into digital angular velocity data.

Abstract

The invention includes a vibration reduction mechanism, a vibration detecting part, a reference signal generating part, a target drive position calculating part, and a driving part. The vibration reduction mechanism reduces a vibration of a subject image. The vibration detecting part outputs a vibration detection signal. The reference signal generating part estimates a reference signal of the vibration detection part. The target drive position calculating part obtains a vibration component from a difference between the vibration detection signal and the estimated reference signal to obtain a target position to which the vibration reduction mechanism is driven. The driving part controls the vibration reduction mechanism to follow the target position. Particularly, the reference signal generating part corrects the reference signal according to a motion signal obtained from a captured image. An accurate reference signal can be obtained by the correction, thereby improving the performanceof the vibration reduction.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the application filed on July 23, 2004 with the application number 200410054579.6 and the title of the invention is "Photographic Lens and Camera System with Blur Correction Function". [0002] The disclosures of the following prior applications are hereby incorporated by reference: [0003] (1) Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-279688, filed on July 25, 2003. [0004] (2) Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-280097, filed on July 25, 2003. technical field [0005] The present invention relates to a photographing lens and a camera system for correcting image blur of a subject image. Background technique [0006] Conventionally, it is known that a blur correction mechanism is driven to correct image blur of a subject image caused by hand shaking or the like. [0007] In this prior art, first, there are a blur correction mechanism (blur correction optical system, etc.) and an angular velocity sensor. Then, the vibrat...
