The tableware detergent is a faintly acid liquid, has stronger dispersion effect on oil dirt and colloid dirt and small irritation on human skin, is suitable for artificially washing tableware, can especially well remove a rust layer on the surface of the metal tableware and restore the glossiness of the surface of the metal tableware. The tableware detergent can also well protect glass products and overcome the defect that the glass products is easy to generate glass atomization when being washed with an alkaline detergent. In addition, the tableware detergent has the advantages of no toxicity, safety in use, long-term preservation and no invalidation.
