Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a group of special electromagnetic permanent control devices on the top of the roll surface of the roller; fixing the angle measuring nose of the ray stress diffractometer on the group of electromagnetic permanent control devices; and testing the residual stress on the surface of the roller by using the ray stress diffractometer. The invention can test the residual stress on the surface of the roller for the workpiece of the large cold roller, meet therequirement of the nondestructive test of the large roller and achieve tracking test for the finished product roller or the roller in use.
