Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic identification method for an injection forming process period. The method comprises the following steps of: searching a key point in a process period in two stages; performing linear approximation processing on a travel curve by taking an area limit value as a reference; approaching the travel curve with a series of polyline segments; identifying an inflection point according to azimuth difference of two adjacent polyline segments and an angle limit value based on the linear approximation; and finally analyzing the travel value of each inflection point to determine the process period according to an injection molding process. Due to the adoption of the method, the process period of an injection molding machine can be accurately determined according to data acquired by a data acquisition system of the injection molding machine; and compared with a conventional filtering method, the method has the advantages of high accuracy and more stable operation and thus lays a solid foundation for subsequent statistical analysis of the data acquired by the injection molding machine.
