The device provided by the invention comprises a lower valve body, an upper valve body, a wedge type sealing sleeve and a bowl type inserting plate, wherein the wedge type sealing sleeve is arranged outside the upper valve body; the bottom of the wedge type sealing sleeve is a wedge surface; the wedge surface is in contact with the bowl type inserting plate to realize the sealing; the shape of the cross section of the bowl type inserting plate is L-shaped, and the ends of the two sides of the L shape are in a circular arc shape; the sealing structure of the bowl type inserting plate and the wedge type sealing sleeve is in a line contact mode; and the line contact part is positioned above the plane of the material discharging opening of the upper valve body.
