Abstract

The invention discloses a myocardial excitation contraction coupling time diagnostic apparatus and application thereof. The diagnostic apparatus provided by the invention comprises an electrocardio collection unit, an ultrasonic heartbeat collection unit, an analysis processing unit and a data output unit, wherein the electrocardio collection unit is used for defecting myocardial electrical excitation; the ultrasonic heartbeat collection unit is used for detecting myocardial contraction; the analysis processing unit is used for recording the starting time of the myocardial electrical excitation detected by the electrocardio collection unit and the starting time of the myocardial contraction detected by the ultrasonic heartbeat collection unit and analyzing the time interval between the starting time of the myocardial electrical excitation and the starting time of the myocardial contraction; and the data output unit is used for outputting data obtained by the analysis processing unit. Experiments prove that the coupling delay time of the heart failure patients is markedly longer than that of the healthy volunteers so that the coupling delay time displayed by the diagnostic apparatus disclosed by the invention can be used for evaluating the heart function.
