Problems solved by technology

The difference between them and the present invention is that the former is mainly used to monitor events or vehicle conditions in fixed places and call the data of event place cameras and audio equipment to assist comprehensive command disaster relief and early warning or to pass through scanning when processing a large number of objects. The electronic tag of the object is used to collect the information of the object, and it does not have the map navigation warning function
Moreover, the data acquisition terminal invented above is inconvenient to move, does not have analysis functions and is expensive, and is not suitable for wetland protection work in a wide area

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples of implementation.

[0025] The invention includes two parts: an event collection system and an event early warning system. The event collection system is used for collecting and transmitting ecological event information; the event early warning system mainly completes the functions of event data monitoring, reception, interpretation, review, external release and early warning. The overall structure of the present invention is as figure 1 shown.

[0026] (1) Wetland ecological events.

[0027]The wetland ecological events described in the present invention refer to all things related to changes in wetland resources and ecological environment, such as: fish death, bird migration, animal reproduction, alien species invasion, water pollution, afforestation, illegal fishing, etc. natural and human activities. The event is mainly composed of several parts such ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a wet land ecological event acquisition and early warning method and system, wherein the system consists of two parts, namely an event collecting system and an event early warning system. The event collecting system comprises an image collector, a GPS (Global Positioning System) module, an event editing module, a communication module, an event memory, a map module and an event processing module; and the event early warning system comprises a receiving module, an interpretation module, a reviewing and issuing module, a decision analysis module, a map display module, an event business database and a geo-spatial database. The event collecting system and the event early warning system are communicated with each other through a short message center platform and wireless transmission. In the invention, the wet land ecological event acquisition and early warning method and system are convenient, efficient, real-time and dynamic, and can be used for monitoring and managing wetlands and ecological environment, thereby changing the condition that an ecological event is delayed to find, hard to collect, and slow in processing and not available to the public in the wetland protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of information systems, in particular to a comprehensive system for wetland ecological event management, especially suitable for ecological event collection, early warning and ecological environment monitoring in wetland protection work. Background technique [0002] The Ramsar Convention defines wetlands as: "Wetlands are areas of marsh, fen, peatland or water, whether natural or artificial, permanent or temporary, with water that is static or flowing, fresh, brackish or Bodies of salty water, including waters whose depth at low tide does not exceed six meters". At the same time, it is also stipulated: "It may include the river and lake coasts adjacent to wetlands, coastal areas, and islands within the wetland range or areas where the water depth at low tide does not exceed six meters." Wetland is one of the most biologically diverse ecological landscapes in nature and one of the environments that human so...
