Method for reporting downstream packet resequencing status in cable modem

Provided is a method by which a cable modem reports a downstream packet resequencing status to a cable modem termination system, and more particularly, a method of effectively reporting detailed information on a packet resequencing status by further defining a packet resequencing-related event and event-related information in a message reporting the packet resequencing status. The method by which a cable modem reports a resequencing status of the resequenced packets includes the steps of: when a packet resequencing-related event occurs, generating a resequencing status message (CM-STATUS) including packet sequence numbers of packets causing the event; transmitting a band allocation request message for requesting a cable modem termination system to allocate an upstream band for transmission of the resequencing status message; and transmitting the resequencing status message to the cable modem termination system over the upstream band allocated by the band allocation request message. More detailed resequencing status information, such as the remaining capacity of the receive buffer and the resequenced packet map, for more packet resequencing-related events compared to the conventional downstream packet resequencing status reporting method, is transmitted to the CMTS, such that the CMTS copes more flexibly with situations that may occur upon packet resequencing.

Method and system of managing hidden danger information

The invention provides a method of managing hidden danger information. The method comprises the following steps that a first terminal, which is logged in by a first account with permission level as an inspector, obtains the hidden danger information of a building and reports the hidden danger information to a server; the hidden danger information includes building information and hidden danger description information; the server generates a hidden danger review task including the building information and the hidden danger description information, and transmits the hidden danger review task to the first terminal or to a second terminal, which is logged in by a second account with permission level as the inspector; the first terminal or the second terminal responds the hidden danger review task, a hidden danger review result of the corresponding building is obtained according to the building information and the hidden danger description information, and is transmitted to the server; and the server correspondingly stores the hidden danger review result and the hidden danger information, and when the hidden danger review result passes, the hidden danger information is subjected to documentation processing. According to the method of managing the hidden danger information, which is provided by the invention, the efficiency of reporting the hidden danger information, authenticity and accuracy are guaranteed. The invention also provides a system of managing the hidden danger information.

Serviceability framework for an autonomic data centre

There is provided a data processing system-implemented method, system and an article of manufacture for providing a serviceability framework for autonomic resource management in a computer data centre. The data centre is monitored based on a logical representation (model) in the serviceability framework representative of the actual physical devices. The data centre logical model is constantly synchronized with the physical devices of the actual data centre where inconsistencies occur, and fast reporting is required before more problems occur. Monitoring agents associated with all the data centre devices are implemented to quickly identify and deal with problems before human intervention is required. A data centre health monitor is capable of detecting the malfunctions of typical devices and sub-systems in the data centre. For problems or failures that require drastic steps, the subsystem may be isolated and then interrogated separately from the rest of the data centre. Interruptions may be avoided by cloning a designated portion of the data centre systems for off-line trouble-shooting, thereby saving the systems from shutting down totally. A robust set of messages and trace logs including current operational status and health of the data centre may be provided for further diagnostic problem determination.

The invention relates to a method for treating the sick and wounded based on a mobile internet. The method comprises the steps that users can rapidly send an SOS and report the position by conducting communication through a mobile internet terminal; nearby medical workers arrive at the scene, simple treatment is carried out under the video guidance of hospital emergency medical workers, after the emergency medical workers arrive at the scene, an application is sent to a treatment hospital according to the conditions of the sick and wounded, RFID identifications of the sick and wounded are distributed, and pathogenic conditions are reported; the hospital completes various kinds of treatment preparatory work with binding with the patients and treatment analysis with the tracking work according to the RFID identifications of the sick and wounded. The method has the advantages that due to the fact that the wireless data transmission is carried out among the hospital, emergency medical worker server terminals, server terminals of the medical workers surrounding an accident, a central server and user client terminals, medical resources are effectively integrated so as to achieve the aim that the users can conveniently and rapidly send the SOS and rapidly prepare for reporting the geographic position, and due to the fact that the phenomenon that lines are engaged does not exist, the number of the patients and efficiency by manual services are not limited.
