The device comprises a low-temperature box, a pulse generator, an electrode plate and at least one corrosion pool, wherein a corrosion groove for mounting a concrete test sample is formed in each corrosion pool; a riffle groove for permeating sulfate solution into the corrosiongroove is formed out of the corrosion groove; the electrode plate comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and small holes for seepage; the small holes for seepage are formed in the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate; the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate are connected with the pulse generator respectively; the corrosion pool is placed into the low-temperature box; and the interface of the corrosion groove and the walls of the riffle groove at the two ends is a comb-like plate. The invention also provides a cement concreteanti-TSA erosion acceleration test method.
