Abstract

The invention discloses an electric energy quality analyzer based on Hilbert-Huang transform, which comprises an electric energy quality actual measurement data acquisition part and an electric energy quality analysis part. The electric energy quality actual measurement data acquisition part can be used for realizing the acquisition of electric energy quality data and is mainly used for conditioning signals and acquiring data; and the electric energy quality analysis part can be used for realizing the detection of transient disturbance characteristic of electric energy quality and the analysis of harmonics by using the Hilbert-Huang transform as a core algorithm. According to the electric energy quality analyzer disclosed by the invention, a method for automatically configuring a superposed high-frequency strong signal during mode mixing for improving the transient oscillation analysis as well as a self-adaptive design scheme of a filter during mode mixing for improving the harmonic analysis are established. The analyzer can be used for realizing the theoretical research on a power system together with a PSCAD /EMTDC ((Power System Computer Aided Design/Electro Magnetic TransientsIncluding DC) under a simulation analysis mode, realizing the quality detection for electric energy of a power grid together with an actual measurement data interface in an actual measurement analysis mode as well as analyzing the actual operation condition of the power system.
