Abstract

The self-emulsifying preparation is formed by following compositions in part by weight: 0.8-1.5 parts of the brucea fruit oil, 0.8-6 parts of oil phase, 1-5 parts of emulsifying agent, and 0.5-4 parts of auxiliary emulsifying agent, wherein the oil phase is at least one of glyceryl monooleate, ethyl oleate and caprylic / capric triglyceride; the emulsifying agent is tween; the auxiliary emulsifying agent is at least one of absolute ethyl alcohol, glycerol, PEG (polyethylene glycol), glycol and glycol ether. The preparation method comprises the following steps of A. mixing the brucea fruit oil and the oil phase; B. adding the emulsifying agent in the mixture, and mixing the mixture uniformly; and C. adding the auxiliary emulsifying agent in the mixture to mix the mixture uniformly. The experiment verifies that the preparation can effectively self emulsified and overcome the problem that the existing preparation is poor in stability under heating, freezing and long-term storage conditions.
