Method for classifying artificial wetland obstructions and extracting components of artificial wetland obstructions

A technology of constructed wetlands and blockages, which is applied in the classification and component extraction of blockages between substrates, the classification and component extraction of constructed wetland blockages, and the field of constructed wetland sewage treatment. Problems such as component classification methods and insufficient depth of research on constructed wetland blockages have achieved low operating costs, easy control conditions, and strong anti-interference effects

Problems solved by technology

However, due to the insufficient depth of research on constructed wetland plugs, no one has systematically proposed a classification method for the components of constructed wetland plugs, let alone the extraction and quantitative determination of their respective components.
According to the literature, Thomas R.E hypothesized on the basis of preliminary analysis and research on the clogging substances in the matrix that the clogging substances are composed of polysaccharides and polyureas produced by anaerobic decomposition and some organic compounds that have not been degraded; Chazarence F and Kerry Rowe also came to similar conclusions and speculated that polysaccharides, humus, etc. may be the components of plugs. None of the above studies have clarified the composition of wetland plugs and their quantitative determination methods
Domestic researcher Ye Jianfeng proposed that wetland blockages are composed of non-filterable inorganic matter and non-filterable organic matter, and proposed extraction and quantitative determination methods for the components of blockages, but the classification is too general to clearly establish the components, proportions and respective relationship between properties

Embodiment Construction

[0023] At the Qingcun Experimental Base in Fengxian District, Shanghai, quartz sand with a particle size of 0.6-0.8 mm produced in Caodian Township, Fengyang County, Anhui Province was used as the matrix of the constructed wetland. 3 / m 2 .d. The organic load is 0.15 kg / m 2 .d. Under the influent condition of SS influent concentration of 150mg / L, after 26 days of operation of the simulated vertical flow constructed wetland, the surface of the substrate will be flooded, and 100mL of substrate will be taken from the substrate layer within 0-12cm from the distribution outlet. The constructed wetland plugs were classified according to five substances: protein, polysaccharide, humic acid, nucleic acid and inorganic matter.

[0024] Extract the organic components of the blockage according to the classification of the constructed wetland blockage, first dissolve the four substances of protein, polysaccharide, humic acid, and nucleic acid into water, and then use the method of streng...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for classifying artificial wetland obstructions and extracting components of the artificial wetland obstructions, which belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment and particularly relates to a method for classifying inter-matrix obstructions and extracting components of the inter-matrix obstructions in an artificial wetland sewage treatment technology. The artificial wetland obstructions are definitely and primarily classified into five substances, i.e., protein, polysaccharide, humic acid, nucleic acid and inorganic matter, and the like; various components of the wetland obstructions are extracted by using methods of adding strong alkali, heating and centrifuging in sequence; and the components of the obstructions are quantitatively measured in combination with a Coomassie brilliant blue method, a sulfuric acid-anthrone method, a diphenylamine method, an improved lowry method and a gravimetric method. According to the invention, the components of the obstructions are classified more comprehensively, good obstruction classification and quantitative description effect is realized, the component extracting method is simple and feasible, the components of the obstructions can be measured in most of routine test labs, and the cost required for measuring the components of the obstructions is low; the method is high in popularity, simple and easy to learn; and the control conditions can be easily guaranteed and the interference resistance is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for classifying blockages in constructed wetlands and extracting components, belonging to the technical field of sewage treatment, and in particular to a method for classifying blockages between substrates and extracting components in constructed wetland sewage treatment technology. Background technique [0002] Constructed wetlands (abbreviated as CWs) sewage treatment technology is a new type of sewage treatment technology that emerged in the 1970s. It is artificially designed and constructed by simulating natural wetlands, and has controllability and engineering characteristics. It is a natural ecological treatment technology for sewage treatment through physical, chemical and biological actions in cooperation with plants and microorganisms. It has the advantages of convenient maintenance and management, low infrastructure and operating costs, simple process equipment, and high environmental benefits. It plays an im...
