The organic phase electrolyte disclosed by the invention has relatively low electrochemical potential and high electrochemical property; when the organic phase electrolyte is used as the negative electrode electrolyte of the redox flow battery for assembling an organic phase redox flow battery, relatively high open-circuit voltage can be realized, so that the energy density of the battery can be improved; and meanwhile, the capacity fading of the battery can be lowered, so that the cycle life of the battery can be prolonged.

Application of polysaccharides extracted from wild chrysanthemum in preparation of medicine for enhancing body immunity

The invention belongs to the field of extraction of active medicinal ingredients for effectively enhancing body immunity from traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The technical scheme comprises the following steps of: preparing 500g of dried wild chrysanthemum medicinal materials, extracting in a water bath at 90 DEG C for 1 hour by using water as an extractant, continuously extracting for 3 times, filtering, combining the water extracts, concentrating, and then adding 95% ethanol which is 5 times of the concentrated extract, and standing for 24 hours; performing suction-filtration on precipitate obtained after ethanol precipitation, and then sequentially washing the precipitate with absolute ethanol, acetone and ethyl ether in sequence, and drying to obtain wild chrysanthemum crude polysaccharide powder; purifying the wild chrysanthemum crude polysaccharide powder by using LSA-21 macroporous adsorption resin, performing the same ethanol precipitation on the received solution to obtain relatively purified wild chrysanthemum polysaccharide powder, wherein the detection based on the anthrone-sulphuric acid method proves that the content of polysaccharides is 81.29%; preparing the wild chrysanthemum polysaccharide powder into wild chrysanthemum polysaccharide solution with concentration of 40-20 g.L<-1> by normal saline respectively during intragastric administration; and finally, combining the extracted wild chrysanthemum polysaccharides with common auxiliary materials to obtain various dosage forms of medicines for enhancing immunity.

Preparation method of 2-benzo diazepine anthrone

The invention discloses a preparation method of 2-benzo diazepine anthrone. The method comprises the following steps: anthranone, dichloromethane and concentrated sulfuric acid are filled in a reaction bulb according to a certain proportion, mechanical stirring is carried out, and sodium azide is slowly filled in the reaction bulb under room temperature to obtain yellow solid; the yellow solid and ammonia water are put in the reaction bulb to heat up to 80 DEG C to 90 DEG C, then zinc powder and copper sulfate are filled in batches, and the solution is stirred for 24 hours to 40 hours. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) detection is carried out to confirm that no raw materials is left, the solution is cooled to room temperature, the zinc power is filtered out, and the zinc powder is washed for 3 to 4 times by ammonia water of 10%. PH is adjusted to 4 to 5 through acid under the room temperature, the solution is cooled to the temperature lower than 5 DEG C, and is stirred, and suction filtration is carried out, mother solution is extracted through ethyl acetate, organic phase is washed with Na2S solution, Na2SO4 is dried and concentrated, and crude products are obtained through filter cakes and the organic phase; and the crude products and toluene are put into the reaction bulb, and products are obtained after a series of reactions. The purity of the raw materials of the preparation method of the 2-benzo diazepine anthrone is high, and the yield coefficient of the obtained product is quite high.

The invention provides a hypericin synthesis method. The hypericin synthesis method includes the steps of firstly, mixing emodin, glacial acetic acid and stannous chloride dihydrate prior to heating reflux, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid prior to cooling and filtering, washing a filtered product until the filtered product is neutral, and drying the neutral filtered product so as to obtain emodin anthrone; mixing the emodin anthrone, pyridine, piperidine, pyridine N-oxide and ferrous sulfate prior to reflux reaction, performing pressure reduction to recover the pyridine prior to cooling, adding hydrochloric acid for neutralizing prior to filtering, washing a filtered product until the filtered product is neutral, and drying the neutral filtered product so as to obtain protohypericin; dissolving the protohypericin into a sodium hydroxide solution, reacting under the action of lighting, and adding hydrochloric acid for neutralizing prior to suction filtration, washing and drying so as to obtain hypericin. The hypericin synthesis method has the advantages that the hypericin is prepared from the emodin through chemical synthesis and is synthesized through a process route including reduction, condensation and lighting reaction, and accordingly the method is high in yield, low in cost, simple and convenient to operate, high in hypericin chemical synthesis route applicability and suitable for enlarged production.
