thiol-olefin photopolymerization
system. Under the protection of
inert gas, a 2, 4-disubstituted
alkyl heterocyclic
anthrone compound is dissolved in an
organic solvent, excessive alkali is added, and a reaction is carried out under the protection of
inert gas to obtain the disubstituted alkyl azaanthrone visible light initiator. And slowly dropwise adding an excessive amount of an organic solution of an
acyl chloride compound in an ice-water bath, reacting at
room temperature, stopping the reaction after TLC (
Thin Layer Chromatography) detects that the reaction is complete, carrying out suction
filtration, concentrating filtrate, and purifying to obtain the novel disubstituted alkyl azacyclo-
anthrone high-efficiency visible light initiator. The novel disubstituted alkyl azacyclo-
anthrone compound obtained in the invention realizes double-bond copolymerization of sulfydryl in a
thiol polymeric
monomer and a vinyl polymeric
monomer; the novel disubstituted alkyl azacyclo-anthrone compound obtained in the application can initiate and cure a
prepolymer containing a mercaptan-olefin free radical photopolymerization
system, so that the application range of the compound in a free radical photocuring
system is widened.
