The method comprises the following steps: a client side at a user side sends a port acquiring request to a server side at a network side through a PCP-PR (Port Control Protocol-Port Range); the server side selects the port range which is allocated to the client side for use from a port address pool, wherein the port address pool comprises ports which are not distributed yet; and the server side returns a port acquiring response message to the client side through the PCP-PR, records a current port allocation entry in a local state table, updates the port address pool and deletes the port range from the port address pool, wherein the port acquiring response message comprises an IPv4 (Internet Protocol Version 4) multiplexing address and the port range, and the current allocation entry comprises corresponding relationship information of an IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) address, the IPv4 multiplexing address and the port range.
