Abstract

The permanent magnet transmission device is characterized in that the outer ring of the conductor disk is provided with a fixed grinding disk, and the outer ring of the permanent magnet disk is provided with a movable grinding disk; a plurality of centrifugal pushing modules are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the driven steel plate in the circumference direction; when the rotating speed of the permanent magnet disk is close to the rated rotating speed, the centrifugal pushing modules generate centrifugal force to push the movable grinding disk and the fixed grinding disk to attract to each other, so that the permanent magnet transmission device transits to the contact transmission of the grinding disks from the non-contact transmission of permanent magnets, the rotating speed of a driven shaft is synchronous with that of a driving shaft, and thus the slip frequency is eliminated; and at that time, due to absence of the slip frequency, the permanent magnet transmission device does not work any more, and the conductor disk cannot generate heat.
