Abstract

The invention relates to an in-vitro rapid propagation method for notopterygium tissue culture. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selection and sterilization on explants: based on spires of notopterygium as explants, carrying out soaking sterilization and washing on the spires so as to obtain sterilized explants; (2) explant inoculation: slicing the sterilized explants, and inoculating the sliced explants to a callus inducing medium so as to form calluses; (3) callus multiplication: carrying out multiplication on inoculated calluses so as to form dense calluses; (4) bud induction of calluses: carrying out inoculation on the dense calluses so as to form fasciculate notopterygium seedlings; (5) rooting induction: carrying out inoculated culture on the fasciculate notopterygium seedlings subjected to plant division so as to obtain complete regenerated plantlets; (6) carrying out sterilization on nursing mediums; and (7) plant transplanting: directly transplanting the complete regenerated plantlets to the sterilized nursing mediums, so that after exercising seedlings, the plantlets grow into normal notopterygium plants. The method disclosed by the invention solves the problem that the notopterygium is overlong in seedling growing period and low in propagation coefficient; the method is easy to operate; and the method can be applied to rapid seedling growing in factories.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to tissue culture and in vitro rapid propagation of plants, in particular to a method for in vitro rapid propagation of notopterygium tissue culture. Background technique [0002] Notopterygium belongs to the genus Notopterygium (Umbelliferae) of the family Umbelliferae ( Notopterygium ) perennial plant is an important and endangered plant unique to my country. It is one of the most commonly used medicinal materials in Chinese, Tibetan and Qiang medicines, and it is also a Chinese and Tibetan medicinal material with a large market gap. Notopterygium is used as a medicine with rhizomes and roots. It is pungent in taste and warm in nature. Notopterygium is recorded in all previous editions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. According to the 2005 edition of "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China", it is a perennial herb of Umbelliferae (Umbelliferae). Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T. Chang) and Qianghuo broad leaf ( N. forbes...
