The disclosure also discloses an apparatus for correcting rate matching weights based on layered mapping, includes a weight correction unit, and a transmission mode determination unit and a layer number obtaining unit that are connected to the weight correction unit; wherein the transmission mode determination unit can determine the transmission mode for communication content and inform the weight correction unit of the transmission mode; the layer number obtaining unit can obtain the number of layers to be layered mapped and inform the weight correction unit of the number of layers; and according to the obtained number of layers and the determined transmission mode, the weight correction unit performs weights correction for rate matching.
