Abstract

The invention discloses a matsutake extract with functions of resisting aging, moisturizing and promoting penetration and a preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: drying matsutake, smashing, extracting with boiled water for 2-5 hours, centrifuging extracting a supernatant, filtering the supernatant, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution, wherein the mass ratio of the supernatant before concentration to the supernatant after concentration is (10-25):1; performing alcohol precipitation on the concentrated solution, centrifuging, extracting a precipitate, and performing freeze drying to obtain freeze-dried powder; and dissolving the freeze-dried powder into deionized water, adding ethanol of which the volume percentage is over 90 percent till the volume percentage of the ethanol is 60 percent, performing alcohol precipitation at the temperature of 4 DEG C for 6-10 hours, centrifuging and extracting a precipitate. The method has the advantages of mild extracting conditions and relatively complete extraction of active substances; and the extract has a very good whitening effect, can be used for removing in-vivo free radicals, improving facial blood stasis and reducing the generation of stains, has good beautifying effects of moisturizing, delaying aging, prompting penetration and the like, and has a high application value.
