The self-adaption data processing device comprises a processing requirement analysis unit, a statement generation unit, a rule searching unit and a scheme generation unit, wherein the processing requirement analysis unit is used for analyzing the received data processing requirement; the statement generation unit is used for generating the inquiring statement corresponding to the data processing requirement according to the analysis result of the processing requirement analysis unit; the rule searching unit is used for executing the inquiring statement so as to search a data processing rule corresponding to the data processing requirement from a preset rule base; and the scheme generation unit is used for combining the searched data processing rule and generating a corresponding data processing scheme to process the data to be processed.
