Abstract

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a cross section of a coated abrasive tool. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) cutting the coated abrasive tool according to the size of an inner hole of a pointing machine; 2) putting the coated abrasive tool with an appropriate size into the inner hole by adhering the cross section of the coated abrasive tool to the bottom of the inner hole of the pointing machine, erecting the coated abrasive tool at the center position of the bottom of the inner hole, and pouring pointing powder into the inner hole of the pointing machine so as to fill the residual space in the inner hole; 3) performing press fitting on the coated abrasive tool and the pointing powder, and drying and curing at a high temperature; and 4) taking out the pointed and cured coated abrasive tool from the inner hole of the pointing machine, and grinding and finishing the cross section of the coated abrasive tool on a sample grinding machine.
